could be a hobby of jogging even though you yourself like to do badminton.
And inevitably you force the activity even though in your
heart you don't want to do it, the result is that the results obtained do not
bring pleasure to yourself but instead experience leg injuries that are
obtained on the nape of the leg and become bruised, this happens because we
cannot limit ourselves to the extent of our capacity.
Therefore, we can take a lesson that we must create
boundaries between ourselves and others about the principles of how to live
life in this modern era. Not easily carried away but still adhere to personal
principles.
