It's a good idea to start reducing our excessive consumption of short video content. This doesn't mean stopping it completely, but rather limiting the duration and frequency of viewing. For example, set a specific time to enjoy digital entertainment after completing your main work. This way, short video content can still be enjoyed without sacrificing focus and mental health.
