To recover after prolonged gaming, we should engage in light physical activity such as stretching or a light walk. Afterward, rest your eyes using the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds), drink water, eat healthy snacks, distract yourself with other hobbies or socialize, and create a post-game routine.
